forum topics

Right now I have:

chat for goofing off
production to discuss remixing, and making music in general
promotion to big up yourself
question to ask a question, or get advice from the community - I go back and forth as to if this should be "discuss" instead

Think it makes sense to group things this way? At first I wasn't even going to use topics since more than a few forums I've seen seem to ignore it altogether - but I changed my mind. If people use it right, and we have mods who can categorize things if people forget or ignore it, then it'll make it easier to for instance cut out all the goofing off and go straight to discussions about production.

I'm thinking about ways to filter posts within a thread as well to minimize derailing good threads. Obviously never censor, but maybe if enough people (or mods) mark something off topic, you'd have to click on a toggle to read the post.

Thoughts?
