Alesis M1 Studio Monitors

Anyone have any experience with these? They look pretty sexy for the price, but at $100 I feel like this is too good to be true. They're small, and work as a USB audio interface too. I'm looking for some monitors for the home studio that can double as a live 'pa' for shows in small spaces without their own PA. (My friend and I have a fairly regular gig at one such place, and I'm a bit tired of playing through a guitar amp.)
